What is honeycomb honey, also known as "honeycomb cake"?
The honey cake is composed of wax, Honey, Propolis and pollen. Everything is natural in this product and helps strengthen the im...mune system.
It consists mainly of honey and beeswax. In the form of beeswax, honey is stored inside the cells.
In its composition, we can also find pollen that the bees have transported in balls to the alveolus.
But also propolis to protect and purify the cell containing the honey, pollen, royal jelly... So a comb can contain honey, propolis, wax and pollen!
Wax is beneficial for the skin, intestinal transit, hair and nails. Propolis is rich in essential oils which has antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties.
To taste it, simply cut a small piece and put it in your mouth which will make your palette of flavors explode. The honey will melt in your mouth and the rest of the cake will chew like gum.

Je suis apiculteur urbain, un petit producteur artisanal de miel de ville. J'utilise une extraction à froid à l'aide d'une centrifugeuse, c'est-à-dire que je ne chauffe pas le miel. Ce qui garantie les arômes du miel sans aucune altération. Mes ruches sont exclusivement situées à Bruxelles. A Molenbeek au Parc Tour et Taxis, à Uccle au parc de Keyenbempt et à Auderghem au Rouge-Cloître dans la Forêt de Soignes. Je les laisse hiverner avec une grande réserve de miel. Cela signifie une récolte moindre pour l'apiculteur mais garantit un miel de grande qualité. Je suis un grand défenseur de la consommation locale. Nous avons à Bruxelles des potentiels pour produire chacun à son échelle des produits de qualités. le mien est " du miel local ". *Produits vendus via Molleke*
