Bronze-drawn, GMO-free, additive-free Italian artisan pasta. The pasta is slowly crushed, flattened, dried at low temperature for over 20 hours and then bronze-drawn. The bronze drawing machines give ...the pasta its shape, quality and rough, porous consistency. Pasta is better able to absorb seasonings, making it tastier! Instructions for use: heat a sufficient quantity of water. When it boils, add the pasta and salt if necessary. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir. After 8 minutes, taste the pasta!
