Belgian cider from Ghent. This cider is made with apples of standard old varieties from various orchards in the Meetjesland region and the Flemish Ardennes. We mixed it with a touch of redcurrant win...e and fermented it with champagne yeast.
A fresh cider with a subtle tart red currant taste. It contains little tannin, which makes it very accessible. The ideal aperitif drink!
