Coffee was introduced to Peru in the 18th century and is now the leading export product. 92% of the pr...oduction comes from the forested regions of the centre. Shade is used at 95%. This washed arabica, Chanchamayo type, comes from the central regions, superior quality coffee, favourable climate, cultivation and modern processing. Sorting by hand and preparation by wet method. Washed Arabica, good acidity, excellent body, sweet cup, blue-green raw beans, beautiful bean. These arabicas can be superior to the very good classic Central-American ones from the point of view of appearance and cup.
