Contents: 22 g (for 1 kg of fruit or 600 ml of fruit juice)

Add: 1 kg of chopped fruit or 600 ml of cold juice of the dry sweetener, if necessary and approx. 4 tablespoons (35-40 ml) of lemon juice
Preparation: Place a small plate in the freezer for the jelly setting test.
Place 1 kg of chopped fruit or 600 ml of cold juice in a saucepan. Stir in the contents of the bag. Add lemon juice and dry sweetener, if required. Simmer for 3 minutes while stirring.
Jelly setting test: Place 2 tablespoons of hot jam on a prepared ice-cream dish and check the consistency.
Immediately pour hot jam to the brim into scalded and drained glass jars. Close the jars with twist-off lids and turn them upside down for approx. 5 minutes.
Shelf life: Store the reduced sugar jam in the refrigerator after opening and use within a few days.
